Do you do sales or have discounts?
We plan to have sales a couple times a year. Announcements will be made first to newsletter recipients and on our social media accounts.

What are the products made out of?
Broadly speaking, we are making things out of ceramic clays, photopolymer resins, and PLA (Polylactic Acid, a bioplastic made from renewable resources). Specific details are noted on each product's store page.
What do FDM and MSLA mean?
FDM stands for "fused deposition modeling". This is what comes to mind for most people when thinking of 3D printing. Basically, a spool of filament is pushed through a hot nozzle to melt it and the nozzle moves around to form shapes with the melted material. FDM items will often have a seam line, usually hidden on the back side.
MSLA is short for "masked stereolithography apparatus". Rather than melting a line of filament to make something, this method uses liquid resin and UV light to cure the resin layer by layer. MSLA can achieve finer detail and avoid having seam lines.
How do I take care of the products?
You can wipe the products with a soft cloth. For stubborn spots, it is safe to dampen the cloth lightly with water and, if necessary, a minuscule amount of diluted dish soap. Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasives because it can damage the material. Avoid leaving things out in direct sunlight and high heat as this can cause colors to fade.
How do I replace the lightbulb?
Our lights are designed with specific LED modules that should last many thousands of hours and thus are not intended and shouldn't need to be replaced.
Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes! In general, our products have a one year warranty against defective materials or manufacturing. Please note that damage caused by improper use is not covered.
When will my order ship?
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship out. A tracking number will be emailed to you at that time. Any delays on our part will be communicated to customers. Delivery time will depend on shipping method and distance from Washington state.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary by package size and your delivery location. All orders ship from Washington, USA. If you are interested in international shipping, please email us (info@squares.works) for a specific shipping quote prior to placing your order.
What is your return policy?
Unused products can be returned within two weeks of the customer receiving the package. Customer pays for return shipping. To start a return, email us at info@squares.works.
